Being an Indian, firstly two things are coming in my mind – education in mother tongue and the saving environment by stopping deforestation and planting more trees.
There are many talents remain unnoticed and I would say a murder of talents just because of they are not being provided right platforms. Language becomes the major barrier. In India, it has become a mindset that knowing English is the only stair that can be used to achieve success. Instead of shaping up their talents, young minds start following the English, and at the end, they realize that their talent has been left far behind. In my opinion, English is just a language like many others in the world. It’s just to express your thought. Any language that one knows better can be used to express him/herself. Instead of wasting time or doing a futile exercise to learn a language, one should more focus on to improve the talent that they have. Judging a person with his/her English is just a foolish idea. How can one judge the capacity of a person by a language which is not his/her mother tongue? He/she learns it like other subjects in school. One can be very good in Mathematics, Economics etc without being very good in English. European countries are the very good example of this, where they are stick to their mother tongue and use the energy to improve natural interests.
